Cosmic Shimmer Cosmetic Glitter Glue is designed to be used on your skin to adhere glitter for a sparkling effect. Apply glue to skin with included applicator. Wait for glue to dry until tacky. Using a dry sponge or brush, dab on the glitter until the desired effect is achieved. Brush off any excess glitter. If used on lips, do not close until dry. Bottle size: 10mL.
