We want you to enjoy your purchase from Ecstasy Crafts Inc. and your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If you have cause to return your order to us due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, we will gladly accept the return of products. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted.

For returning products that are defective or sent in error

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days from the date you receive the product for an exchange or full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You will be refunded within 30 days. A prepaid postage label will be emailed to you for returns.

For returning product ordered in error

Returns will be allowed at the discretion of Ecstasy Crafts Inc. Please email us at support@ecstasycrafts.com for any returns. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please make sure to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example if goods are faulty or described incorrectly. In this situation, we will refund your postage costs to you when we process your refund or exchange.

Any goods must be returned in a saleable condition.

These terms apply to an order placed at this time. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will automatically apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Refunds for orders paid by cheque or email transfer

Orders paid by cheque or email transfer will be refunded as store credit that will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card that can be used on our website or in our retail store.
